From our internal processes and people to the technology we utilise, the suppliers we work with, and the park experience; we are constantly reviewing and seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience, appreciative of the fact that our customers are key to our success
Investment in existing parks
Continuous monitoring and a programme of ongoing investment ensures we stay ahead in standards of safety, cleanliness, customer service, equipment and teams. As an example, in the summer of 2022 we invested in replacing the inflatable equipment in our Watford park.
Opening new parks
We are constantly expanding our portfolio of NWUK parks, in locations identified as offering significant opportunities and favorable competitive landscapes. After the successes of our Watford and Chatham parks, we launched our third park in Guildford in February 2023 and our fourth park in Chelmsford in August 2023.
